In my search for a new carry-on suitcase after my trusty companion broke after 18 years of loyal service, I embarked on a meticulous research journey. With upcoming summer travels and a desire to embrace a minimalist approach with carry-ons only, I set out to find the ideal suitcase.
As an admitted overpacker, my main criteria were maximum space and compatibility with overhead compartments on major US airlines. Amidst the overwhelming sea of options, one brand caught my eye: Paravel. Their commitment to merging travel and sustainability resonated deeply with me.
I was impressed by Paravel’s use of upcycled materials and their climate-neutral practices, which compelled me to support their mission. Although the carry-on was pricier than I had planned to spend, I happily invested in sustainability and seized the opportunity to encourage positive change.
While I eagerly await the chance to put my new Paravel suitcase to the test, I’m already enamored with its beautiful design and promising organizational compartments. Stay tuned for my verdict on whether it lives up to expectations.
One of the goals of Small Changes ATX is to highlight businesses doing cool, sustainable things. I’m thrilled to support Paravel in their sustainability initiatives. #notanad If you have any favorite businesses championing sustainability, please feel free to share them!
